We advise and represent you at court hearings and appointments with authorities. We draft all necessary submissions to authorities and courts, including appeals and complaints to the highest courts (Constitutional and Administrative Court).

We take on both the defence and victim representation for you as required in criminal proceedings.

We advise and represent your case in residence law (e.g. Red-White-Red Card) and asylum law.

We draw up your will and / or your health care proxy to legally secure your last will and register your dispositions in the electronic archives provided for this purpose. We draw up your living wills for you.

We cooperate with all common legal expenses insurances. The fee is charged in a transparent and client-oriented manner. In the case of an hourly rate agreement, EUR 200 plus VAT per hour is deemed to have been agreed upon with the granting of power of attorney, unless a different fee agreement is made.
